Grilled paneer is a delight for the vegetarian population. It's usually tasty, easy to cook, and also a kid's favorite. Grilled Sweet and sour paneer is so delicious and very easy to make.

There are various recipes in the grilling world with the use of paneer. But there are too many spices involved.

I like my barbecue dishes to be easy and quick prep.

My family loves Chinese food, and the fusion of Chinese with grilling was on my mind for long time.

    Notes

    Photo 1594687878334
    • If you don't have honey you can replace it with regular sugar or brown sugar.
    • Sugar also gives nice caramelization while grilling.
    • Do not cut the paneer cubes too small or they will break while putting it on skewers.
    • If you don't have zip lock bag use a bowl to marinate.
    • If you like lemony flavor you can enhance it by adding a teaspoon of lemon zest to marinade.

Hi Eve, Paneer/cottage cheese is soft and delicious. But you can replace it with shrimps if you like. Even that tastes delicious.
