How to make Thandai Milk

Take a saucepan and set it on medium heat. Pour the whole milk into it.

Add the sugar and thandai powder to the milk.

Bring the milk to a boil and then turn down the heat and simmer it for about 5 to 10 minutes. This will let the milk get infused with the thandai flavors and give it a perfect taste and texture.

Pour the milk into a carafe or jar and place it in the refrigerator to chill.

Strain the chilled thandai milk into a jar to serve.

Serve the chilled thandai milk with a garnish of nuts and saffron.
