Make the thandai powder following the recipe I shared earlier in the post. This will work best for the thandai milk.
Take a saucepan and add 2 cups of milk to it. Set it on medium heat to simmer.
Add 2 teaspoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of thandai masala to the milk. Bring the milk to a boil and then turn down the heat and let the milk simmer for another 5 to 10 minutes so that the flavors get infused into the milk properly.
Switch off the heat and let the milk cool down to room temperature.
Place the cooled-down milk in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours to chill.
Serve the chilled thandai milk to friends and family, and enjoy the refreshing drink that is a nice coolant for the summer heat.
